DL: What do you think about the treaties?

WB: Traverse de Sioux? Yeah I guess you could say any one they all kind of had the same result. [Laughter] It goes back to you know, putting the Indian on a smaller piece of land and giving them very little money for what the really value was. In the end they got very little money.
